Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English to join our CBSE Senior Secondary section. The ideal candidate should be deeply committed to academic excellence and student growth, with proven expertise in handling Classes XI and XII as per CBSE norms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Classes XI & XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and prescribed evaluation patterns.

2. Mentor students for CBSE Board examinations, projects, research work, and interdisciplinary learning.

3. Design lesson plans that promote critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills among students.

4. Use digital platforms and interactive teaching tools (Google Classroom, smart boards, educational apps, etc.) to enhance classroom learning.

5. Assess, record, and report on student progress regularly as per CBSE guidelines.

6. Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.

7. Collaborate with colleagues, academic coordinators, and school leadership for curriculum planning and holistic student development.

8. Encourage participation in co-curricular activities, debates, literary events, and competitions to enrich student learning.

9. Uphold the values of integrity, ethics, and student well-being in all academic and co-curricular practices.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Master’s degree in English with at least 50% marks (mandatory).

2. B.Ed. from a recognized university (mandatory).

3. CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) qualification (preferred, not mandatory).

4. Minimum 4–5 years of proven teaching experience at the Senior Secondary (CBSE/ISC) level.

5. Strong command of English (spoken and written).

6. Familiarity with CBSE curriculum, examination framework, and assessment patterns.

7. Demonstrated excellence in classroom management and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
