PF E&I (Kiln/Clr/CoalM)

As a skilled Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and calibration of various equipment such as Weight Feeders, SFF, Belt Weighers, Bin Weighing Systems, Gas Analyzers, and field instruments according to the maintenance & calibration schedule. Your duties will include troubleshooting hydraulic systems, VFD and DC Drives, Weighing equipment, Stacker and Reclaimer systems, and field instruments. You should have hands-on experience with DCS systems (Siemens S7-400 PLC) and ECS Version 8.3, as well as PLC systems (S7 300, 200). Additionally, you will be involved in the calibration of field instrumentation including Metal Detectors, Flow, Pressure, Temperature, and Stack Monitoring systems. Knowledge of SAP, safety practices, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards is essential. Your expertise in material management, store, and spare part planning will be utilized effectively in this role. Your job specification requires good experience in maintaining VFDs, weight feeders, SFF, gas analyzers, and hydraulic systems. Proficiency in DCS programming, cable scheduling, and laying is crucial. You should possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, be able to read and interpret control and power schemes, and troubleshoot issues effectively. Experience in manpower planning and management, knowledge of SAP and ISO systems, as well as familiarity with UTCL safety standards are key requirements. A strong understanding of store and spare part planning is essential for successful execution of your responsibilities. Your goals and Key Result Areas (KRAs) include minimizing breakdowns to improve plant availability, enhancing equipment conditions to maximize reliability, planning, procuring, and completing projects on time, managing spares, and controlling costs within budget limits, executing annual improvement projects effectively, and proactively engaging in safety improvements across the plant.
