Job Overview:

As a Pesticide Production Chemist, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and overseeing the production of pesticides. Your role involves ensuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of pesticide products through rigorous chemical analysis and experimentation. You will collaborate with a team of scientists, engineers, and production personnel to optimize manufacturing processes and meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Formulation Development: Design and optimize pesticide formulations to enhance efficacy and safety while minimizing environmental impact.
• Chemical Analysis: Conduct comprehensive chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and wet chemistry methods.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure batch-to-batch consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with production engineers to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce production costs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements related to pesticide production and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and labeling regulations.
• Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues related to product quality, stability, and performance.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of experiments, test results, and production activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to support product development and commercialization efforts.
• Safety and Environmental Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to minimize risks associated with handling hazardous chemicals. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations governing waste disposal and emissions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance product quality, efficiency, and competitiveness.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
