ELIGIBILITY:

·      Bachelor's degree/master’s degree.

·      Proven experience as a personality development trainer or in a similar role.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Strong organizational and time management abilities.

·      Ability to engage and motivate participants.

SKILLS:

·      In-depth knowledge of personality development theories and techniques.

·      Effective presentation and public speaking skills.

·      Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

·      Empathy and the ability to understand and address individual participant needs.

·      Creativity in developing engaging and impactful training materials.

·      Proficiency in using training software and tools.
