We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Personality Development Trainer cum English Communication Trainer who can inspire, motivate, and empower our students to build confidence and excel in professional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions on personality development, soft skills, and spoken English.
• Design and deliver modules on communication, public speaking, grooming, and professional etiquette.
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Help students improve presentation skills, group discussion performance, and interview readiness.
• Create engaging classroom and online learning experiences using modern training techniques.
• Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to enhance student outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English / Communication / Psychology / HR or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of training experience in spoken English and soft skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong command over English grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
• Energetic, confident, and empathetic trainer with motivational teaching style.
• Ability to manage and engage students effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with corporate training or student skill development programs.
• Certification in Soft Skills / Personality Development / TESOL / TEFL is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of interview preparation and employability skills.
