Personality development coach

• Location: Hybrid (Mainly Online + Hyderabad-based offline sessions)
• Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Commitment: Part-time (Weekly online sessions + select offline assessments)
• About the Role
• We are seeking a Personality Development Coach to mentor and guide Engineering students through a structured 90-day training program. The role focuses on enhancing students’ communication, presentation, and professional skills to prepare them for academic and industry opportunities.
• This position is ideal for professionals with expertise in soft skills training, communication coaching, or personality development who are looking to contribute meaningfully in a part-time capacity.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly online coaching sessions on personality development, communication, and presentation skills.
• Lead assessments at the start (Week 1) and end (Week 13) of the program.
• Review and provide feedback on student assignments, including recorded self-introductions, mini-project presentations, and internship reflections.
• Track and evaluate student progress using defined metrics such as confidence, clarity, articulation, teamwork, and leadership.
• Collaborate with Civil Engineering instructors to support mini-projects, AI mini-week, and final portfolio presentations.
• Prepare students for mock interviews, professional presentations, and internship-related assessments.
  

Program Overview:

• Month 1: Foundational skills – self-introductions, confidence building, voice clarity, and presentation basics.
• Month 2: Intermediate and advanced skills – role plays, teamwork, persuasion techniques, and client interaction.
• Month 3: Internship and portfolio development – mock interviews, final presentations, and end-of-program assessments.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated expertise in communication training, personality development, or corporate coaching.
• Strong ability to mentor, evaluate, and motivate students.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Hindi or Telugu will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in student development, training, or soft skills coaching preferred.
