Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Personal Trainer. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for developing customized fitness routines for clients, leading individual and group training sessions, providing guidance on fitness techniques and proper form, assisting clients in achieving their specific health and fitness goals, and monitoring progress to adjust plans as necessary. Additionally, the trainer will offer nutritional advice and foster motivation to ensure clients maintain regular fitness habits.

Qualifications

Expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to cater to diverse fitness levels
Knowledge of Nutrition to provide guidance on meal planning and dietary habits
Experience in leading Circuit Training sessions
Skills in Sports Coaching to support athletic development
Strong communication and motivational skills to inspire and guide clients
Certification in Personal Training or related fitness disciplines is required
Experience in working with clients in diverse age groups and fitness goals is preferred
