Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary based in Nagpur. The Personal Secretary will provide administrative and executive assistance, manage clerical tasks, coordinate schedules, and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities will also include organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting executive decision-making processes to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Clerical and Administrative Assistance tasks
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in using productivity and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
