Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Loan Specialist, based in Kozhikode. The Personal Loan Specialist will be responsible for processing personal loan applications, verifying documentation, assessing the creditworthiness of applicants, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Daily tasks include interacting with customers to gather necessary information, providing loan advisory services, and collaborating with other departments to facilitate smooth loan disbursal processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loan Processing, Credit Assessment, and Documentation Verification
• Customer Service and Interpersonal Communication skills
• Knowledge of Financial Regulations and Compliance standards
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the financial sector is a plus
