Job Title : Personal Banker Retail Branch Banking Location : Pan MUMBAI / navi mumbai Reports To : Branch Head Experience : Minimum 3 year in banking preferred Key Responsibilities: Job Description (Simplified): Achieve growth in CASA (Current and Savings Accounts) and NTB (New to Bank) accounts. Increase retail TD (Term Deposit) through NTB and existing customers. Generate revenue from Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), and Mutual Funds (MF). Drive 2% monthly growth in CASA for mapped accounts. Promote Premium Debit Cards and Lockers for new customers. Generate fee income through asset referrals. Maintain 100% compliance with audit, KYC, AML, and other norms. Ensure no issues with daily operations, cash transactions, or reporting. Complete required training and certifications. Activate 70% of customers on digital channels (internet, mobile, debit card). Drive product adoption through customer engagement and referrals.
