As a Branch Sales Officer in the Branch Banking team, your role will involve driving CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition and ensuring regulatory compliance in key growth markets across South and West India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive the acquisition of new CASA and liability accounts through effective field sales, referrals, and cold-calling efforts. - Meet and exceed branch liability sales and revenue targets. - Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and all internal regulatory policies in daily operations. - Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships within the branch network. - Effectively cross-sell other financial products, including insurance and mutual funds. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation preferred - Must own a two-wheeler and be open to travel If you are a professional with direct experience in banking field sales, possess practical knowledge of CASA products and the entire KYC/AML process, and have strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.
