Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to acquire new clients and grow existing portfolios.
Identify cross-sell opportunities for liability products, third-party products, and other relevant financial services.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HNI client needs to provide tailored solutions.
Achieve sales targets by selling various banking products such as retail liabilities, portfolio management, and HNI client handling.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall branch performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-7 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field.
Strong knowledge of CASA sales, cross-selling techniques, HNI client handling, HNI acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet sales targets while maintaining high levels of service quality.
