Job Description

Position: Personal Assistant / Secretary


Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune


Work Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end administrative and executive support to leadership.
  • Efficiently manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare agendas, draft correspondence, and record minutes for meetings.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and complete itineraries.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support special projects and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the executive and the wider team.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in a similar executive support or administrative role.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and stay calm under pressure.
  • Highly organized, proactive, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
  • Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information.
