Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)

Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and organizational support to the reporting manager. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day communication and office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Handle incoming emails, calls, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Draft, review, and format letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and tracking follow-ups.
  • Coordination & Communication:
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with departments for pending approvals, updates, and reports.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow and timely execution of delegated tasks.
  • Travel & Event Management:
  • Handle travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and reimbursements.
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism:
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and proactive attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in handling senior leadership support preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,666.77 - ₹50,424.24 per month
