Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Managing Directors calendar, appointments, and meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Draft, review, and respond to emails and official correspondence
• Travel with the Managing Director as and when required
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
• Handle domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics
• Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines
• Provide personal and professional support with strict confidentiality
• Assist with on-ground requirements for temple events and business activities

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional demeanor with integrity and discretion
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work proactively
• Basic knowledge of social media handling

• Temple administration or management exposure (preferred)

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate or Graduate candidates
• 05 years of experience (freshers encouraged)
• Willingness to relocate to Shahpur, Thane
