Executive & Administrative Support Manage and maintain the executives calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and documentation on behalf of the executive Draft, review, and manage reports, presentations, and official communications Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders Personal Assistance Provide personal support to the executive as required, including managing personal schedules and commitments Coordinate personal travel, events, and appointments Handle confidential personal matters with utmost discretion Coordination & Liaison Coordinate with departments, vendors, clients, and service providers Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely completion Assist in planning and execution of events, meetings, and off-site engagements Office & Process Management Monitor task progress, reminders, and priority items for the executive Assist in improving administrative workflows within the finance function Support ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by management
