Position Overview

Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
• Handle internal and external communication on behalf of leadership
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients
• Track ongoing tasks and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
• Prepare and format emails, reports, presentations, and documents
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records
• Ensure efficient execution of executive tasks and maintain confidentiality at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in
