Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director at GBK, located in Surat. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the director's schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and performing general administrative duties. They will also provide clerical support and assist with special projects as needed to ensure the smooth running of the director's office.

  • Diary Management and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is beneficial
