Personal Assistant to Director - Female

Position: Personal Executive (Female Only)
Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
Type: Full-time
Travel: Must be willing to travel as per business need

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients
• Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, travel, meetings, correspondence, and calls
• Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs as required
• Accompany the executive on official meetings and site visits (within and outside the city)
• Manage office-related errands and administrative tasks
• Provide personal support as needed (bookings, appointments, etc.)

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience as a personal/executive assistant preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email etiquette
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Smart, proactive, and presentable
• Willing to travel with the executive when required
