Personal Assistant to Chief Investment Officer

As a Personal Assistant at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing a complex, global calendar for both personal and professional purposes. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and high-priority calls - Drafting and handling professional correspondence and communications - Organizing domestic and international travel, visas, accommodations, and packing lists - Ensuring meticulous planning of dietary preferences, medical protocols, and comfort logistics for family members - Arranging personal retreats, school visits, health appointments, and spiritual events - Coordinating children's education, activities, tutors, and medical appointments - Liaising with various personnel such as chefs, teachers, coaches, and other domestic staff - Tracking essential family documents like passports, school records, and medical logs - Taking notes during meetings and following up on action items on behalf of the founder - Assisting in organizing investor decks, grant applications, or philanthropic planning - Collaborating with COOs and Chiefs of Staff across different ventures Confidentiality and discretion are paramount in this role, as you will handle sensitive financial and legal documents with the utmost confidentiality.
