Personal Assistant to Chief Investment Officer

The company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join as a Personal Assistant. You will be responsible for managing a complex, global calendar across different time zones for both personal and professional purposes. This includes coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and high-priority calls. Additionally, you will draft and handle professional correspondence and communications. Your role will also involve organizing domestic and international travel, visas, accommodations, and packing lists. You will be required to ensure that dietary preferences, medical protocols, and comfort logistics are meticulously planned for each family member. Furthermore, you will be responsible for arranging personal retreats, school visits, health appointments, and spiritual events. In terms of family and household support, you will assist in coordinating children's education, activities, tutors, and medical appointments. This will involve liaising with chefs, teachers, coaches, and other domestic staff. You will also be tasked with tracking essential family documents such as passports, school records, and medical logs. As part of executive support, you will be expected to take notes during meetings and follow up on action items on behalf of the founder. Additionally, you may be required to assist in organizing investor decks, grant applications, or philanthropic planning. Collaboration with COOs and Chiefs of Staff across different ventures will also be part of your responsibilities. Confidentiality and discretion are paramount in this role, as you will handle sensitive financial and legal documents with the utmost confidentiality. You should have the ability to anticipate needs before they arise without explicit instruction.
