Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Siliguri for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The role involves providing executive administrative assistance, managing the CEO's schedule and appointments, offering personal assistance, and handling day-to-day clerical tasks. The Personal Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and organization within the office, managing correspondence, and supporting the CEO's strategic and operational activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Diary Management
• Experience in handling Clerical Skills and general office management
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant is highly desirable
