Job Summary

:The Office Executive & PA to CEO will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

:Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments and meetingsHandle front-desk and reception dutiesCoordinate and communicate across departments to ensure workflow efficiencyManage and update Company’s social media platformsAssist in the preparation and publication of the in-house magazineSupport branding and design tasks using Canva and CorelDRAWMaintain and update MIS

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communicationStrong understanding of business and financial terminologyHigh level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalismProficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, WordAbility to multitask and think creativelyWorking knowledge of Canva and CorelDRAW

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar administrative or executive support role

Compensation:

CTC: Rs. 3.5L – 4.0L PA (based on experience and qualifications)
