Role Summary

trustworthy and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director

Responsibilities

• Manage calendar, appointments, and meetings for the MD
  
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  
• Draft and respond to emails, letters, and communications
  
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
  
• Handle travel bookings (domestic & international) and logistics
  
• Ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking
  
• Provide personal support with confidentiality and integrity
  
• Assist with on-ground requirements related to temple events or business operations
  

You Should Have:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Written and verbal communication skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  
• Professional attitude with discretion and integrity
  
• Calm under pressure and proactive in approach
  
• Basic knowledge of social media handling

Eligibility :

• Undergraduates / Graduates welcome
  
• 0-5 years of experience (Freshers encouraged)
  
• Must be willing to relocate to Shahpur, Thane (Food & Accommodation provided)
  
• Shifting Timing: 10 AM to 6 PM
