Social Santa is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Belgaum, helping brands across industries create impact through creative strategies, campaigns, and digital storytelling. We are looking for a **Personal Assistant to the Founder** who will provide administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the Founder’s schedule and tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact and manage the Founder’s schedule, calendar, and meetings.* Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Founder.* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.* Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for follow-ups and meetings.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.Assist in organizing travel, events, and other logistical requirements.Take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.Support in day-to-day business activities and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Founder.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (freshers with good skills are welcome).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional attitude, confidentiality, and reliability.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
