Ensure that operational instructions issued by management are properly carried out by staff. Monitor daily factory activities and report progress or issues promptly. Prepare and submit regular status reports on assigned tasks and ongoing operations. Coordinate with production, dispatch, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow. Support in planning and execution of efficiency and discipline-related initiatives. Preferred Candidate Profile Must be disciplined, punctual, and responsible in executing duties. Should be physically active and comfortable being present on the shop floor throughout the day. Strong observation, communication, and follow-up skills required. Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial operations will be an advantage.
