Quotation & Invoice Preparation
Prepare Proforma Invoices and Photo Quotations as per client requirements.
Maintain quotation records and follow up with clients for confirmation or revisions.
Dispatch & Coordination
Provide dispatch details to clients and internal teams.
Coordinate with factory or production teams for order status, dispatch schedules, and material readiness.
Documentation & Communication
Draft professional letters, emails, and reports as required.
Maintain proper filing of documents (digital and physical).
Accounts Support
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP for entry of quotations, invoices, and follow-up on payments.
Coordinate with accounts for billing and record maintenance.
Administrative & Excel Work
Prepare Excel reports for quotations, dispatch status, and customer tracking.
Assist in daily administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality of company information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
Knowledge of Tally ERP (basic entries, invoice creation, etc.).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,858.68 - ₹30,000.00 per month
