Job Description

Working Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing day-to-day personal and professional activities. The ideal candidate should be highly responsible, efficient, and comfortable handling both office and personal tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the employer’s daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle routine management, including daily schedules and reminders.
  • Coordinate and make travel arrangements such as flight, hotel, and transport bookings.
  • Manage personal errands and household-related tasks as required.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
  • Assist in event coordination, reservations, and other personal commitments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth coordination between personal and professional engagements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good knowledge of travel and booking procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online scheduling tools.

Preference: Female candidate, preferably married, aged 35 years or above Should be comfortable managing both professional and personal tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
