Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Kolkata. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing executive schedules, handling clerical tasks, maintaining effective communication, and providing executive administrative assistance. Daily tasks include Email management, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Experience in relevant Clerical Skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• CRM knowledge is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
