Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant at Shubham Kamra & Co., located in Delhi, India. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, diary management, maintaining records, and providing executive administrative support. The role involves coordinating tasks, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication between the executive and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficient in Communication, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels
  • Experience in Diary Management and organizing schedules and meetings
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proactive and adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in administrative support is a plus
