Personal Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident and energetic Personal Assistant who can support day-to-day tasks, accompany the management for client meetings, and handle coordination responsibilities.

This role is perfect for freshers with strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and comfort with travelling for client visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel with the Manager for client meetings, events, and follow-ups
• Maintain schedules, appointments and daily task lists
• Handle basic documentation, emails, and communication
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, accounts)
• Assist in preparing presentations, notes, and meeting summaries
• Manage reminders, follow-ups, and daily work planning
• Support in office tasks whenever needed

Eligibility

• Freshers / Graduates / Under-Graduates can apply
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable
• Must be comfortable with travelling in Delhi NCR
• Should be a Faridabad-based candidate
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp Web / Email
