Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role located in Nagpur. The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, including managing daily schedules, maintaining the calendar, and handling office tasks. Responsibilities will include assisting with clerical duties, organizing meetings, drafting correspondence, and ensuring efficient communication and coordination between the executive and other teams. The role also requires managing various day-to-day tasks to support the executive's professional goals and organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling tasks effectively.
  • Excellent Clerical Skills, including correspondence drafting, record-keeping, and file organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or related fields is preferred.
