Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Ghaziabad. The Personal Assistant will manage daily administrative and clerical tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating executive calendars, and providing general support to ensure seamless operations. Primary responsibilities also include effective communication and liaising both internally and externally while maintaining professional discretion. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support the daily activities of executives effectively
Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills for task organization and efficient time management
Excellent Communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders, manage correspondence, and foster effective collaboration
Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
Prior experience in a personal or executive assistant role is preferred
Proficiency in office software and organizational tools
