Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Personal Assistant to join our team in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. This full-time role supports our executives with administrative and organizational tasks to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth business operations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command over verbal and written communication. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating meetings to maximize executive productivity and time management.
  • Proven ability to prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in event coordination to plan and execute company events ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Capability to manage customer relationships and provide exceptional support to maintain a strong client base.
  • Strong skills in sales support to assist the sales team in achieving their targets and expanding business opportunities.
  • Analytical skills for market research to provide insights and strategies for business development.
  • Ability to manage property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information dissemination to potential clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support by managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and action items to ensure effective follow-up.
  • Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and conferences, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure the integrity of executive communications.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts, facilitating efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Support the sales process by preparing documentation and communicating with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide strategic insights.
  • Manage and update property listings on various platforms to enhance visibility and attract potential investors.
