This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience. The successful candidate will bring a creative eye and technical expertise to capture compelling visuals that enhance our real estate offerings, helping convey the story and potential of our prime locations. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in camera operation, understanding variations in different camera types for optimal shot capturing (Mandatory skill). Strong expertise in DSLR videography, ensuring high-quality footage through precise handling and video capture techniques. Experience with gimbal operation to achieve smooth, professional-looking motion shots without jarring movements. Competence in applying various lighting techniques to ensure consistency and enhance the visual clarity of subjects. Skills in drone footage capture, effectively using aerial views to highlight real estate landscapes and features. Location scouting ability for selecting visually appealing and relevant sites that align with project objectives. Proficiency in lens selection to enhance image quality and achieve desired visual effects tailored to each project. Framing and composition skills to create aesthetically pleasing shots that enhance storytelling through visual design. Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate project ideas into compelling visual narratives through strategic filming techniques. Operate camera equipment, ensuring all footage captures the intended artistic vision and technical standards of the project. Lead role in setting up lighting configurations to match the mood and style of the project while maintaining subject clarity.
