It's for someone who can tell a story with authenticity, emotion, and artistic restraint, often as a fly on the wall. Key responsibilities: 1. Shoot high-quality video content that captures real, unscripted moments in a cinematic, documentary style. 2. Travel nationally and internationally for brand shoots and on-location documentaries (expenses covered). 3. Collaborate closely with creative directors, influencers, and content leads to understand the story behind the frame. 4. Support pre-production planning and post-production workflows, including lighting strategy, file management, and rough edits. 5. Film during live events, celebrity shoots, cultural moments, and brand collaborations. 6. Create emotionally resonant visual narratives aligned with Plavox's brand voice and community spirit. 7. Contribute original concepts and visual approaches for storytelling, brand features, and behind-the-scenes content. 8. Get credited and featured on official platforms and social media.
