About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Shoot engaging videos and high-quality photographs for brand campaigns, social media, events, products, and behind-the-scenes content 2. Edit videos and photos using professional editing software to produce polished final assets 3. Create short-form vertical videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories) optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn 4. Ensure color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and transitions meet professional standards 5. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to understand content needs and deliver high-performing visual assets 6. Maintain a consistent visual language across all platforms 7. Stay up-to-date with trends in social media, video formats, and editing styles Requirements: 1. Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc 2. Experience in camera handling, lighting setups, and audio equipment 3. Strong sense of timing, composition, and visual storytelling 4. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously 5. Passionate about content creation and social media trends 6.
