What you’ll do

• Calendar, meetings, travel, vendor coordination, expense tracking
• Draft emails, minutes, summaries; prepare briefs & checklists
• Follow-ups with teams/partners; maintain confidentiality & priorities

Tools you’ll use
Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets/Docs, WhatsApp Business, Zoom/Meet, Notion/Asana/Todoist, Basic Excel (expenses), Drive.

Skills
Organization & prioritization, written & verbal communication, discretion/confidentiality, stakeholder coordination, time management, documentation.
