Personal Assistant

Role Overview: You will be working as a Personal Assistant at the International Institute of Technology, Design and Management (IITDM Vizag) located in MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Your role will involve providing high-level administrative support to the Executive, serving as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. - Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings. - Maintain confidential records and files. - Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation. - Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting. - Plan and manage company events or conferences as needed. - Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal or external stakeholders. - Draft, review, and edit communications, reports, and memos. - Assist in special projects and initiatives led by the executive. - Conduct research and provide analytical support on key business matters. - Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely execution. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. - 3-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
