Explore Visa Hub is a trusted consultancy specializing in Visitor Visas, Work Permits, and PR services for countries like UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Usa,Japan, and Europe. We are expanding our team and looking for a smart, confident, and organized Female Personal Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day operations, client meetings, and travel coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in daily office management, scheduling, and client coordination
• Attend meetings with clients, agents, and embassy representatives
• Manage travel bookings, appointments, and meeting arrangements
• Prepare and maintain confidential reports, visa files, and documentation
• Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
• Accompany the Director on business trips, client visits, and events when required
• Maintain follow-ups and reminders for ongoing visa cases and business activities
• Support in social media coordination and promotional activities when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidate only
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
• Smart personality with good presentation and client-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and Email
• Willing to travel locally or outside the city when required
• Punctual, responsible, and well-organized
