Job Title: Visa Consular Officer – Study Visa, Work Permit & Visitor Visa (2+ Years Experience) Location: Nikol, Ahemdabad. Job Type: Full-time Industry: Immigration & Visa Consultancy / Education Consultancy Experience Required: 2+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Consular Officer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in processing Study Visas, Work Permits, and Visitor Visas . The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of immigration policies and procedures, excellent client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple visa applications simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Assess and review visa documentation for accuracy and compliance. Provide expert advice on visa categories, eligibility, and requirements. Handle end-to-end visa application processes (Study, Work, and Visitor). Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and policies of major countries (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Schengen states, etc.). Guide clients throughout the visa application process, ensuring a high approval rate. Prepare clients for visa interviews and submit proper documentation. Keep records of application statuses and provide timely updates to clients. Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person consultations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a visa consultancy role. Proficient in handling Study Visa, Work Permit, and Visitor Visa applications. Strong understanding of visa application processes and consular procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and visa management software/tools. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in International Relations, Law, Public Administration, or related field. Previous experience working with international education or immigration firms. Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
