Visa Counselor

As a Visitor/Tourist Visa Counselor, your role will involve specializing in visa processing for multiple countries and providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the visa application process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing end-to-end guidance for visa applications across all countries. - Assessing client eligibility based on visa requirements and offering appropriate consultation. - Assisting clients in preparing and reviewing documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, procedures, and requirements for various countries. - Coordinating with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers for smooth processing. - Keeping clients informed about application status and addressing their queries promptly. - Following up on pending cases and maintaining proper records of client files. - Meeting monthly targets and contributing to business growth through high-quality client service. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 1-4 years of experience as a Visa Counselor, preferably in tourist and business visas. - Strong knowledge of visa rules for countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Schengen, Australia, UAE, and others. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple client cases efficiently and with attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office and visa application portals. - Customer-service orientation and problem-solving attitude. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the work location being in person.
