Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Varanasi. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting executive staff with daily tasks, including personal assistance, executive administrative support, managing diaries and schedules, and performing clerical duties. The role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
Proficiency in Clerical Skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proactive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
