We’re a fast-growing creative and brand studio working across luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, F&B, and culture. Our work spans content creation, brand campaigns, branding, packaging, social strategy, and creative production. We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and resourceful personal assistant to support the founder in day-to-day operations, project tracking, and studio coordination.

Role Overview:

You’ll be the right hand to the founder – helping with scheduling, coordination, documentation, and occasional creative support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, design-forward, culturally plugged-in environment and is eager to grow with the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendar, scheduling, and internal meeting follow-ups
• Assist with tracking project timelines, client deliverables, and studio workflows
• Draft emails, proposals, and decks as needed (with guidance)
• Coordinate across internal team and vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain and update documentation, scopes, and trackers
• Occasionally support creative tasks like basic copywriting or research
• Assist in event coordination, shoots, and studio initiatives
• Be a sounding board, problem-solver, and quiet ninja behind the scenes

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in coordination, marketing, or assistant roles preferred - but open to freshers who are exceptionally organised and proactive
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with Google Suite, Slack, and basic Figma or presentation tools
• Interest in branding, marketing, design, or culture industries a plus
• Proactive, warm, and easy to work with
