Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Personal Assistant for an on-site role located in Gurugram. The position involves supporting executive and administrative needs, managing daily schedules, handling correspondence, organizing tasks, and fulfilling clerical responsibilities to maintain operational efficiency. The Personal Assistant will act as a key point of contact and ensure smooth coordination and communication in professional activities.

Qualifications

Proficient in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to oversee and manage professional responsibilities efficiently.
Strong Communication skills to act as a liaison and interact effectively with stakeholders and teams.
Experience in Diary Management and scheduling to organize calendars and appointments effectively.
Competency in Clerical Skills and administrative tasks such as file management, correspondence handling, and organizing records.
Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
