The primary purpose of this role is to manage customer onboarding, improve persistency levels, and ensure effective data management and reporting. This involves engaging with new and existing customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process, conducting quality checks to meet predefined standards, and addressing customer queries regarding policy issuance. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with bank staff and stakeholders to enhance persistency by following up on policy renewals and premium payments, while also addressing concerns to reduce lapses and boost customer retention. The position also requires the development and maintenance of a unified persistency dashboard, analyzing trends, and providing valuable insights for continuous performance improvement.
Qualifications: Graduate/MBA
Experience: 4 to 7 years
Responsible for customer onboarding, ensuring seamless policy issuance and addressing queries. Conduct sales quality checks as per predefined scripts and engage with existing customers who purchased insurance through partners. Collaborate with bank staff to improve persistency and follow up with stakeholders for policy renewals and premium payments. Focus on reducing lapses and improving retention by addressing customer concerns. Develop and maintain a persistency dashboard with metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights for improvement. Regularly update stakeholders on persistency performance.
