Support core dealership modules such as:
Sales, Service, Parts, Inventory, Warranty, Finance, Invoicing, CRM, etc.
Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, queues, DMS workflows, and integration failures.
Investigate and resolve issues in RPGLE, CLLE, COBOL, DB2/400, SQL/400 programs.
Handle incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and root cause analysis.
Support DMS interfaces/integrations with OEM portals, vendor systems, payment gateways, ERP, etc.
Work closely with dealership users, service advisors, back-office teams, and OEM counterparts.
Ensure proper document flow within the DMS, including document routing, indexing, archival, and retrieval.
Coordinate with development teams for fixes, enhancements, and deployment activities.
Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for DMS processes.
Experience with change management tools (e.g., Turnover) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
Participate in on-call rotation for business-critical support.
Proficient in:
RPGLE, RPG/400
CLLE / CLP
DB2/400, SQL/400
Must have experience supporting Automotive DMS platforms.
Strong understanding of automotive dealership processes
