Role Description

This is a full-time contract role for a Performance Testing professional at MoxieIT Digital Private Ltd. The job involves performance testing of software applications to ensure they can handle peak loads. Responsibilities include developing and executing performance tests, analyzing test results, identifying performance bottlenecks, and recommending solutions for improvement. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Performance Testing and Performance Management skills
• Expertise in Data Analysis and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner,APM Tools,Gatling)
• Previous experience in similar roles within the IT industry
