Job Description

Role: Performance Testing engineerExp: 8+Location : Pan IndiaKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen).Monitor and analyze system performance using Datadog and other APM tools.Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.Prepare detailed performance test reports, including root cause analysis and optimization recommendations.Define and validate performance benchmarks, SLAs, and capacity planning metrics.Leverage AWS services (e.g., EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda, S3) for cloud-based performance testing and monitoring.

Required Skills

8 to 10 years of experience in performance testing with a strong focus on LoadRunner, cloud-based applications and infrastructure.Proficiency in scripting languages used in VuGen (e.g., C, JavaScript).Strong experience with Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, and other monitoring tools.Solid understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, Web Services, and REST APIs.Strong knowledge of AWS architecture, including compute, storage, and networking components.Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.Exposure to other performance tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Neoload.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with system architecture, databases, and distributed systems.
