Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester with 2 to 7 years of experience to design and execute testing strategies for assessing the resiliency of applications, systems, and networks. This position is based in Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies to assess application, system, and network resiliency.
Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts focused on resiliency and recovery scenarios.
Perform stress, load, and failure testing to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders.
Conduct root cause analysis of failures and recommend improvements to architecture, processes, and technologies to enhance system reliability.
Monitor system behavior during tests and document findings, highlighting potential risks and mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or systems engineering with a focus on resiliency testing.
Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, and database management.
Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Rational Performance Tester, JMeter, and programming languages like Python and Java.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices is beneficial.
Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools is advantageous.
